New Client Form

We like to keep things simple at Ignite so for new clients all we ask is for your primary contact details along with an acceptance of our General Trading Agreement shown below.

New clients are also required to pay 35% of new jobs up-front.

GENERAL TRADING AGREEMENT

Ian Richard Gay T/A Ignite Design & Creative offers a professional freelance graphic design service and at all times will maintain a professional, prompt service for all clients to help them achieve their desired result in their project outcome. General project estimates allow for standard three rounds of amendments - any further amendments required over and above this may require re-estimating. At all times Ignite Design & Creative will communicate any concerns about projects going over estimated costs/timeframe.

Time-frames will be estimated at the start of the project and any delay will be notified to the client accordingly. Projects are billed in quarter hour increments. Ignite Design & Creative will advise clients of any additional costs should they occur (ie purchase of stock imagery, fonts etc)

Clients agree to:

• Communicate all amendments clearly via email;

• Notify Ignite Design & Creative of time-frames and deadlines and to be realistic in expectations of delivery;

• Pay invoices promptly within 10 days of invoices being issued.

Thanks for submitting!
